BUILDING RENOVATION, KOLONAKI

The residence is located in Kolonaki, in the heart of Athens, the capital of Greece. The project involves the process of renovating and repairing a residential building that is damaged and outdated. This process includes the repair and replacement of damaged structural components respectively for one- and two-bedrooms apartment, restoring the original design of a neoclassical building, improving the mechanical and technical systems of the building and modernizing its equipment, also improving the electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems of the building to improve energy efficiency and comfort.

The project began with a thorough assessment of the structure’s condition and the creation of a detailed plan to restore it. Through consultation with the architects and engineers of the company ASTRIT DEVELOPMENT, the damage was assessed and a comprehensive renovation plan was developed.
